ANNOUNCEMENT: August 1st 8am – 12pm Yard Work Day
August 1st 8am – 12pm Yard Work Day
Come on down and get some hours. We’ll be cleaning up around the shed, the pig pen and anywhere else that needs it.
If you have anything stored anywhere at the club, you should get it cleaned up before August 1st. Items deemed unusable or un-related to boating will be disposed of (not saved for you to pick up later).
Remember your idea of necessary and the cleaning crew’s idea of necessary are probably completely different. So, if you want your stuff, get it now or hold your peace!
Workday Purpose
This Workday will focus on identifying, clearing, and disposing of any remaining non‑essential or unusable items left on club property. This includes items:
- Stored on the ground near the white garage
- Located in or around the storage area
- Left anywhere on club property that are unrelated to boating or considered waste or junk
Members participating in the Workday will have the opportunity to earn community hours while helping maintain the standards and appearance of the club grounds.
Important Reminder
- As noted earlier, any items left after August 1 will be removed and disposed of. No exceptions will be made, and removed items will not be stored for later pickup.
- The trailers that are in front of the sewage lift pit must be moved. The Green Bay Metropolitan Sewage District must have clear access to the sewage pit at all times.
Workday Details

- Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Extended Hours: Available if additional cleanup is required
